Leadership is a stressful position in its nature. It’s all about knowing the anatomy and physiology of stress, its mechanism, and how to change the neuronal pathways in your brain. Studies have shown that if you learn to change your perception and build a habit to look at the stress as a true friend that warns you about something that may happen, then you can train your brain cells to change the neuronal connections. By changing your perception, you take control of the stress hormones and the physiology of your blood vessels diameter. Therefore, instead of joining the 43% of people at the risk of death because of stress you will be among the people who not only reduce their risk of death due to stress down to zero, but also you enjoy your success and your life.
