d stands for Driven, Decisive, Determined, and Disciplined, the four main keys to success in leadership.
d is like a sward that represents a rebel and authentic leader.
The tail of the d represents number 1 also.
The bottom of the number 1 is formed from two parts that come together and rise as 1. This represents the belief of unity and teamwork. It is coming from the program that Dr. Dowlati presents it to companies and organizations to bring their forces together for peak performance and high productivity. The title of that program is "The Power of Two and The Power of You."
We Rise as One is the name of Dr. Dowlati's charity (dignity) organization that helps orphans and teaches them to believe in themselves and their power within to become somebody and live a fulfilled life with dignity.
