This three-day-workshop is designed for follow up with the speaking engagements and continue mind reprograming of employees not only to feel the change but also to empower them. This program will help them to establish strong relationship with each other and the leaders and strengthen their loyalty to the leaders and company or organization. 
 
During this program I will invite the leaders to come and speak with the employees to make sure the employees are clear on the leaders’ purpose, vision, and goal. After this program the performance will rise to the next level.
